WA－1000 Vegetable Washer

This is our specific designed machine for washing vegetables. Its principle is: by the stirring power produced by air flow and water flow, that machine can wash vegetables compley. Inject water inside the washing case before operation. There’re many air pipe under the machine. The air bubble jumps into water from the pump, which forms waves to wash vegetables. There’re also some spraying pipes on the machine to wash once again the vegetables from water case.

This Machine replaces human labor and simplifies procedures. The whole machine is made of 304# stainless steel （except motor, electric apparatus and axes）. It fits the health & sanitary requirements of food processing industry, with features of easy operation, low noise and high efficiency. 

After vegetable/fruit is cut, this machine flushes those materials by high-pressure water bubble. This process enables material to turn over the water so that the mud or waste attached on the surface of materials can be washed away. The water current speed can be adjusted. Waste will be separated by the filtering next. The washed vegetable will be lifted by the conveyor belt to next process. While lifting, material will be sprayed once again by water pipes over the belt. In the working process, the inlet water pipe and spray water pipe are always running. That makes the dirty water to be replaced by clean water. This equipment is suitable for the large-scale vegetable process.
